Here’s a way to reach tens of thousands of people – skiers, snowshoers, and ski area owners/operators – exactly the demographic that can increase your sales and revenue… become one of only ten advertisers on CCSAA’s popular website.
Ten banner ads will appear on the homepage as well as the right-hand side of the most-visited pages of CCSAA’s website (www.xcski.org): resorts & trails, snow conditions, and each state/province resorts & trails page… meaning that your ad will appear on a total of 30+ pages on the site!

The ads will rotate as visitors click on the various pages, meaning your ad is guaranteed to be in the top position from time to time (every tenth visit, as there are ten ads that will be rotating). Your ad will be featured for twelve months – from July through June – for a one-time fee of $700*.  The ad can be changed four times during the contract period to allow for seasonal promotions. (*The fee for those who aren’t CCSAA members is $900; non-members are welcome to join CCSAA and then receive the member price.) For other specifics of the ad, see below.

CCSAAs website (www.xcski.org) is the number one Google search result for cross country ski. With an excess of 51,500 unique visitors during the winter (10,347 unique visitors on average in the snow months) this is the site for you. Again, these are people who are coming to the site because they’re interested in cross country skiing, snowshoeing, winter activities… and the products and services you have to sell!

The remaining eight spots will sell quickly and advertisers will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis, so please get in touch with us as soon as possible to reserve your ad.

Specifics of banner advertising on CCSAA’s website (www.xcski.org):

1. There will be a total of ten banner ads.
2. All ads will appear on the following pages of the site: homepage, resorts & trails, snow conditions, and on each state/province page within resorts & trails – for a total of 30+ pages.
3. The order of the ads will rotate, guaranteeing each of the ten advertisers the top position on the page with every tenth visit to the site.
4. Ads will be 180 pixels x 90 pixels, Flash animation accepted, with a click-through to the advertiser’s website (or web page of its choosing). Link to open in a new window. Submit as jpg, gif or swf.
5. Price: $700 per ad for existing CCSAA members; $900 for non-members. Non-members are welcome to join CCSAA – and receive all the benefits of CCSAA membership – in order to receive the lower price.
6. Duration of ad exposure: July through June. There is no pro-rating for late orders.
