Over 95% of the market share in snow sports including over 85% for cross country/snowshoe is at SIA. Close to 20,000 industry professionals meet to engage in business, networking opportunities, parties, brand events and seminars to feel the true essence of snow sports.

On January 31 - February 1, 2011, the industry heads up to the mountains for the first national/international On-Snow Demo/Free Ride Fest at Winter Park and Devil’s Thumb Ranch, Colorado. In conjunction with WWSRA’s Rocky Mountain Demo and in partnership with CCSAA, this is where, for the second time, the market can try out the equipment and experience the latest technologies for ski, snowboard, AT, telemark, backcountry, cross country and snowshoe while continuing to network, do business and socialize.

The Nordic Demo will take place January 31 - February 1 at Devil’s Thumb Ranch. Retailers can try out the latest gear, while all others can take in the Free Ride Fest with cross country skiing and snowshoeing for free. All registered On-Snow Demo/Free Ride Fest attendees have free access, rentals and breakfast & lunches for both days.
