Winter comes early and stays late in this part of the Rockies. Hundreds of elk, mule deer and prong horn winter on the property and share the valley with our year round bison herd. It’s quieter here in the winter, and some say more peaceful, too. Return from your day of skiing to your three story rough-hewn lodge structure with multiple fireplaces, a chef prepared meal, and then take a soak in the inifinity edge jacuzzi while the moon rises above the Wind River, Gros Ventres, and Wyoming mountain ranges.

Just south of town, 8,000 feet up Casper Mountain is Natrona County’s Casper Nordic Center where you can loose yourself in our natural beauty. Listen to the birds. Watch for deer. See valley views and vistas across the ravine. Enjoy our log day lodge with complete guest services & wonderful food. Surround yourself in the serenity of the trees and mountain.
