description Bluefin Bay Resort is located on Lake Superior. The Sugarbush cross-country ski trail is located just minutes from the resort; with a ski down to the resort. Our guests have xc-ski equipment, ice skates, sleds, snowshoes and a waxing table for their use during their stay. Our activities department has guided ski tours as well as snowshoe tours during the winter months. Accomodations include condo's, townhomes, and hotel units. Lutsen Mountain downhill skiing is just 10 minutes from our resort. The superior hiking trail runs parallel to our resort and has waterfalls, caverns and gorges, etc.
