description This beautiful, 550 acre, natural recreation area is owned by Strathcona County and nestled in the lovely town of Sherwood Park. Open year round for outdoor recreation. Extensive programming, naturalist programs & special events. Our wildlife sightings of deer, moose, porcupine, birds and squirrels are sure to delight the little ones. We’re all about you having fun outdoors cross country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, canoeing, and camping. Rustic dorm lodging with bunk beds (bring your bedding) and common dining area with lounge.
